My son is gone because someone you love chose anger over humanity. In one moment, they decided their rage mattered more than a human life—and my son paid for that decision with everything.
You may still get to stand beside them, speak to them, support them, and call them by name. We don’t. We were left with ashes, memories, and a lifetime of silence where my son’s life used to be.
So before you offer excuses, before you try to soften what happened, or before you convince yourselves this was anything less than what it is—stop.
This was not just “road rage.” This was a life taken. A future erased. A family permanently broken.
And every time you defend them, minimize it, or avoid calling it what it truly is, you are part of the problem and choosing comfort over truth.
We don’t have that option.
Imagine for just a moment if someone did this to your dad, mom, brother sister or your own child.
Imagine the hurt, anger, sadness and sense of loss you would feel.
This is now my life every single day
We live every day with what they did. Every holiday, every birthday, every quiet moment is a reminder that my son should still be here—and he isn’t because of a choice that can never be undone.
So don’t look away from it. Don’t dress it up. Don’t pretend time will make this easier or somehow balance the scales.
Nothing will.
My son mattered. His life had meaning. And what was taken from him—and from us—deserves to be faced with honesty, not excuses.

The defense attorney is requesting a one-year continuation pending and investigation of their own.
I don’t understand how this is possible or why are they are allowing one year extension.
It’s been 1 year almost to the day.
The video shows the other driver is completely guilty.
The DA’s investigation shows that the driver is completely guilty.
Why in the hell are we waiting another year.
There’s not much I can do but just keep up the faith that when the time comes he will be put in jail and held accountable.
Let’s see how tomorrow goes.
I’ll be chatting with the DA office tomorrow after court and getting a restraining order.

So having to see my son’s killer made me sick to my stomach.
Of course he plead not guilty. His lawyer tried to say he was an outstanding member of the community or some Fukin crap.
He is required to do a book and release today. And the next court date will be set up.
Yup still free…and alive
The minute he started walking back, my husband and I stood up to make sure we looked his little bitch ass in his eyes.
As he was signing papers all of my family and my good friend walked right by him, looking straight at him again.

I have the most hate I have ever felt In my life for him.
