Today was garbage.<\/p>\n

What I have learned is that the prosecutor is there to look for the easiest way to win. Even if that means not getting real justice that is fully deserved.<\/p>\n

Apparently in Albuquerque it’s ok to aggressively roadrage on a person and kill them and you’ll get a slap on the wrist because investigations are not done properly and no ones life matters.<\/p>\n

I will not let this happen.<\/p>\n

I have requested a accident investigation.<\/p>\n

The dash cam video clearly shows my son being break checked, swerving to the right to miss ramming that piece of human trash. The other driver’s car hits the left side of my son’s as you can hear on the dash cam, and pit maneuvers my son’s car causing him to veer to the left hit the curb and roll.<\/p>\n

All with in seconds.<\/p>\n

I pray the investigator sees the truth. And justice be served<\/p>\n
