• First we were on vacation, now out of town. I know I’m not the only one in this world. I know me and my son are not a priority in any way.

But damn. Let’s gets this done already.

Still waiting. Someone is on vacation, once they are back, they will submit everything to a grand jury.

I am manifesting everything will move forward and be in my son’s favor. My son will get some justice. He deserves that much. You shouldn’t be able to take someone’s life, and walk around free or without some serious repercussion.

I decided to check in with the DA’s office to see if there’s been any updates on my son’s case.

I got an email back on 10/28

Hi Brooke,

The case has not been set up for Grand Jury yet due to our expert being out for vacation but we will have it set up once he is back.

So we wait. This has been a lot of waiting.

There’s no urgency. Which I guess I get with everything they have to do for MANY people. But dang..the waiting sucks so bad

Today I received the best news I could have ever received.

They are going to be seeking homicide by motor vehicle against the other driver.

Their investigator sees exactly what we all seen on that video.

I’ve been waiting for this moment.

I love you so much Enrique we’re going to go get you justice just like I told you 🤍✝️🕊️

So I’m praying praying praying that this man sees what we all see and gives my son his justice..

Well it’s been over a month. I decided to email the DAs office to see if the investigation is still going.

This would literally be the one thing that can change it into true justice.

I’m so disgusted with how NM has no justice system for victims.

Still waiting on an answer….so we’ll see.

This meeting was trash.

It’s very apparent our justice system is trash.

Although he is gonna be charged, and a further investigation will be done by one of their investigators. I’m not happy.

It’s obvious they go for what’s easiest to charge

I’ll keep reaching out to everyone.

After being persistent and people letting me know I have the right to speak with the DA, emailed and emailed one of the young ladies that was in attendance with the Prosecutor at our meeting last week.

I have the right to speak with him and express my concern with the recommended charges.

I have the right to get proper justice for my son!!

I have sent off all the letters friend, family and other wonderful people have written for Mr Sam Bregman regarding the importance of my sons life, having justice and recognizing that road age is a huge issue in NM

I’m praying he stands by what it says under his Bio.

He is dedicated to relentlessly pursuing justice and safety for those in Bernalillo County.

My sons case is sadly a perfect case for him to prove he stands by what is described of him.

My other next step is getting the media involved.. BECAUSE MY SONS LIFE MATTERED AND JUSTICE IS DUE!

Today was garbage.

What I have learned is that the prosecutor is there to look for the easiest way to win. Even if that means not getting real justice that is fully deserved.

Apparently in Albuquerque it’s ok to aggressively roadrage on a person and kill them and you’ll get a slap on the wrist because investigations are not done properly and no ones life matters.

I will not let this happen.

I have requested a accident investigation.

The dash cam video clearly shows my son being break checked, swerving to the right to miss ramming that piece of human trash. The other driver’s car hits the left side of my son’s as you can hear on the dash cam, and pit maneuvers my son’s car causing him to veer to the left hit the curb and roll.

All with in seconds.

I pray the investigator sees the truth. And justice be served
